Returns

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations except where required by applicable law.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us at store@jazjellykelly.com within 14 days of delivery. Please include your order number and photos of the issue so we can review your claim and make it right.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and, where appropriate, provide a replacement, refund, or other resolution.

Non-Returnable Items

Unless required by law, we do not accept returns or exchanges for any products sold through our store.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without providing a justification.

To be eligible for a return under EU consumer protection laws, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You must also provide proof of purchase.

To initiate a return under the EU cooling-off period, please contact us at store@jazjellykelly.com. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Refunds

For approved returns under applicable law, we will notify you once we have received and inspected the returned item. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
